Done!!! (Or will be done in a couple of hours if I'm to be honest here...)
This afternoon I will serve my colleagues a mudcake made from white chocolate, covered in a sourcream-frosting and fresh raspberries! Yummie!

017. Make/Buy coffee bread for my colleagues five times (4/5)
I picked a lot of apples in our garden at work the other week. I made two kinds of apple cake/apple pie and I put one of them in the freezer. It had apples, nuts and cardamom in it.
Brought it to work today and it was greatly appreciated.

I was in town today for lunch and stopped by a bakery on my way back to the office!

017. Make/Buy coffee bread for my colleagues five times (2/5)
Today I'm going to share a cake I made this weekend. It's a cake with cinnamon, orange juice, dark chocolate, dried apricots and chili in it. I loved the taste and texture, but as boyfriend wasn't as excited as I was/am (he rarely is when it comes to my baking...) I thought I'd share it with my colleagues instead of having it all by myself.
I hope they like it!

017. Make/Buy coffee bread for my colleagues five times (1/5)
Once a week we get fruit sent to our office. It's usually real good fruit, but sometimes we wonder what they did to the poor bananas...
Last week was one of those weeks. We got a lot of bananas and they were all too ripe. Some of them even had mold on them... When we left the office on Thursday for a long weekend (Midsummer here on Friday), I took all the bananas home.
And I made two banana breads with cinnamon, chocolate chunks and chopped almonds, walnuts, pistacchios and cashews. Today I brought one of the loafs to the office. My co-workers were all happy with it and some took second servings. :) I like when that happens.
