Done!!!

Last Sunday I made bagels. All by myself. They turned out great and I still have some of them in the freezer for my lunches at work.

Today I made Tomato and basil buns from a recipy in the latest "Allt om Mat".

I had a hard time making the buns the same size...

But they were/are delicious!

I made bread today for the first time in ages!!! It's sort of an "Italian countryside bread" with cheese and oregano in it. Made two knots/breads.

The first knot is already eaten. Both boyfriend and I loved it!
