For a picnic we were going to attend I made some muffins with banana and wild strawberries. The recipy suggested raspberries but we have a lot of wild strawberries in the garden and I wanted to use them.
The muffins turned out great. Strangely enough I wasn't supposed to smoosh the banana but just chop it in chunks. Made for an interesting structure...
