So, I'm trying to complete this task again. I was up to 15 out of 24 when I had to give up earlier this year. I was out of town and then got sick and had a hip acting up on me.
So far I have attended the gym on 6 occassions in three weeks:
September 15th, 2008 - Spinning
September 18th, 2008 - Middle-ranged "Fitness class" with some cardio, some strenghtening and some flexing
September 22nd, 2008 - Yoga
September 24th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
September 29th, 2008 - Spinning
October 1st, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
I will sign up for an hour with an instructor to get help with making a program for weights.
