044. Do my yoga routine at home at least 20 times (1/20)

My back and my hips are still not alright. I do my exercises almost every day but I'm still sore and achy some days.

I'm swamped at work for a couple of weeks now and when I came home yesterday I was in such a bad mood. Not angry or irritated, but weepy and pitiful...

After feeling sorry for myself on the couch for an hour or two, I grabbed my yoga mat and did a couple of rounds of sun salutation followed by ten asanas. I couldn't do them all "like I used to" and I was real careful with the back bending.

Felt great!
