I had such a hard time getting up this morning and going to the gym wasn't what i really wanted to do. I was awfully tired. And my thighs even more sore than they were yesterday. I think the only thing that really got me to the gym was this task... See, I'm going out of town tonight and won't be back until Thursday evening, so if I skipped training this morning, I'd have a hard time getting my exercise this week. And I don't want to mess things up when I've managed to complete half of this task...
Doing the exercise was pianful but I took myself through the whole program.
And I can actually see my biceps now. A little. :)
