I've been a good girl visiting my gym as I'm supposed to in order to complete this task. I had my 14th visit there this past Saturday and went for the 15th time this morning.
Did my usual routine. I'm going to book another appointment with an instrctor and get some help with a routine. I'm not too happy about some of the exercises I'm supposed to do. There's especially one that I find awkward; leg curls for my hamstrings. My knees start to hurt and I've already found too many ways of cheating by leaning differently or flexing my foot...
