039. Visit my gym at least twice a week for twelve weeks straight (24/24)

Jag klarade det!!! I did it!!!

I've gone to my gym 24 times (actually 26, but I'm only counting two a week...) in 12 weeks!!! I've stuck to it! I've gotten myself up every Wednsesday morning to be at the gym at 7am! I did it!

And I'll keep doing it. :)


1. September 15th, 2008 - Spinning
2. September 18th, 2008 - Middle-ranged "Fitness class" with some cardio, some strenghtening and some flexing
3. September 22nd, 2008 - Yoga
4. September 24th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
5. September 29th, 2008 - Spinning
6. October 1st, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
7. October 6th, 2008 - Yoga (was supposed to go to a Spinning class but my body was too wiped out)
8. October 8th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
9. October 13th, 2008 - Yoga
10. October 15th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class" (I totally exhausted myself today and sweated like a pig...)
11. October 22nd, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
12. October 24th, 2008 - I did half an hour on cardio machines
13. October 27th, 2008 - Spinning (a middle-ranged class)
14. October 29th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
15. November 3rd, 2008 - Spinning (a middle-ranged class)
16. November 5th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class" (I'm really getting into this class after going 7 weeks in a row. I know the routine and can focus on doing the excersices correctly down to the details. I also notice that I can exhaust myself earlier on and still manage to get through the whole class without too much cheating...)
17. November 10th, 2008 - Spinning (a middle-ranged class)
18. November 12th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
19. November 17th, 2008 - Yoga (had my mind set on a spinning class but felt my hip botherign me during the day so I switched to a yoga class instead)
20. November 19th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
21. November 24th, 2008 - Spinning (a middle-ranged class)
22. November 26th, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"
23. December 1st, 2008 - Core/Bosu (My first time ever trying out Bosu. I thought it was fun. But hard. I was soooo scared of falling, stumbling or hurting myself in any way. Think I'll try it again as my balance really needs some work...)
24. December 3rd, 2008 - Basic "Fitness class"

The most amazing part is being there at 7am! That's why I go at night, or later in the morning on a weekend. I just can't be active that early! :)
